We offer you a specially designed program to advance your career. With a mixture of sessions with input from experts as well as work and reflection in peer group sessions. This will get you started and at the end you will know your next steps to get closer to your personal goal.

Who accompanies the coaching sessions?
Experienced black coaches and experts accompany and impart theoretical knowledge so that you as a participant can apply it in practice during the group caching sessions, which last several months. This puts you directly into action.
