Black Female Business sees itself as the business network that connects, inspires, and empowers black women, making their achievements visible and fostering their growth.

Our diverse community offers Black women access to knowledge, fosters creative exchange, and facilitates professional and personal development essential for long-term success. To achieve this, we bring together the skills of Black women across various industries and experience levels, whether they are employees, prospective founders, entrepreneurs, or self-employed individuals.

"Our goal is to connect Black women* with each other and to make them and their successes visible. With our formats, we want to make a contribution to ensuring that women* successfully implement their entrepreneurial projects, start more companies and increase their participation in economic activity."

Black, courageous women who are not afraid to lead the way. For me, Black Female Business is the place that unites self-determined women and voices and offers us a safe space.

My first Black Female Business meeting was a complete success! I met great women and the exchange as well as the vibe were just empowering, warm and healing. But that wasn't the only thing I was able to take away from this meeting, because Black Female Business gave me the opportunity for a new job, which I'm doing today. That's what I call connecting - and on several levels. Thank you for this space!

With Black FemaleI don't feel alone in business. I'm surrounded by Black women who don't want to be afraid for who they are. The stories of others inspire me to show my business and to be myself.
